Hajime Isayama, presents a special illustration of Shingeki no Kyojin

The talented author of #AttackOnTitan, Hajime Isayama, has produced a stunning illustration for the latest issue of Bessatsu Shonen Magazine. The artwork shows the characters as if nothing has happened and is a gift for fans of the series who have been waiting for the conclusion of the TV anime.

In a message included on the cover, Isayama says he is honored to be featured in the magazine after almost two years since the end of the series. He shares his concern about not being able to draw an image of something finished, but finally decided to submit this composition, as he felt it was the only way he could draw this visual.

“It’s been a long time coming. I feel very honored to be featured on the cover even though it’s been almost two years since the series ended. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to draw a picture of something finished, but with the feeling of being in those last moments of the series.”
“In the end I decided on this composition, as I felt it was the only way I could draw this visual. This year will bring the conclusion of the TV anime and I think it will finally be the end. Enjoy!”
